  4. Add in chilli bean paste and some water. Medium heat cook for 5 minutes for the seasonings to absorb into the tofu. Slowly stir the tofu..
  5. Add some salt and sugar to adjust taste. Add in peppercorn. Finally add in cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Garnish with spring onions on top and serve..
